Tunnel door system

A chicken house tunnel door, often referred to as a “tunnel ventilation door,” is a key component of the ventilation system in a poultry house. It is designed to work in conjunction with a tunnel ventilation system, commonly used to manage temperature and air quality in modern commercial poultry facilities.

Function of a Chicken House Tunnel Door:

The tunnel ventilation system is a method of managing temperature and air quality within a poultry house by moving air through the building. The tunnel door plays a crucial role in this system by controlling the movement of air and creating the desired airflow pattern.

  • 3 tier sandwich insulation panels (FRP + PS + fiberglass), to prevent energy loss. Continuous EPDM foam seal to resist harmful wind and prevent leakage.
  • Completely closed during the winter, insulation performance is eight times more than the normal curtain.
  • With sufficient stiffener to prevent bending, deformation and not sealed tightly. Control airflow direction, screwed air, better mixing with the air.
