*Tank organic fertilizer fermentation system, or fermenter, is suitable for livestock and poultry manure treatment. The equipment can adapt to high humidity and high cold in different regions, not only reducing environmental pollution, solving the farming manure treatment, and its multiple performances also for the extension of the breeding industry chain, improving the added value of the product, providing a new type of solution.
*This equipment adopts a type structure, effectively utilizing the floor space and reducing the equipment installation requirement on the site. The whole equipment structure consists of a feeding drive device, spindle drive device, cylinder, stainless steel liner, PLC electronic control system, etc. The tank is fully closed, and the fermentation process is not affected by the natural environment, so the products produced meet the industrialized production standards to prevent the leakage of the waste gas produced by fermentation to eliminate secondary pollution;

*Equipment closure: The equipment adopts a closed type, and the fermentation process is not affected by natural environmental temperature and humidity so that the production of rotten clinker meets industrial production standards, preventing the leakage of waste gas generated by fermentation and eliminating secondary pollution;
*Thermal insulation treatment: the outside of the equipment is insulated with polyurethane, which is less affected by the outside world and ensures year-round fermentation;
