Six-row to single-row：Multi-stage egg conveyor with belt guide and rubber wheels to ensure that eggs flow evenly on the rubber wheels, orderly transfer from 6 rows to a single row, and then transition smoothly onto the single-row rollers of the egg washer;
The LED light inspection device is installed under the six rows of rollers. When the eggs pass by the rollers, the human eye will pass through the light inspection to pick out damaged eggs, abnormal eggs, black hearts, moldy and other unqualified eggs;
Disinfection spray: For food safety, the disinfection spray device automatically sprays food-grade cleaner or disinfectant (provided by the customer) on the surface of the eggs.
Cleaning: The eggs enter the egg washing machine after being sprayed with warm water and brushed. Enter the air-drying system (the water heater is provided by the customer. For food safety, the egg washing water cannot be recycled, and the water volume can be adjusted according to the degree of contamination of the eggs);
Air-drying: The air-drying brush at the rear of the egg washing machine brushes off most of the eggs
Oil spray: Spray food-grade white mineral oil on the surface of dry and hygienic eggs. The uniquely designed oil spray device atomizes the white mineral oil into particles below 0.05mm, which are coated on the surface of the eggshell and quickly absorbed by the capillary pores of the eggshell to form a protective film, which can reduce the loss of water in the egg and prevent external bacteria from entering purpose (the customer shall provide the air compressor for fuel injection);
High-resolution online inkjet coding: touch color sensor screen inkjet printer, when the egg passes the sensor head under the inkjet printer, the inkjet inkjet is triggered, text, date, picture & LOGO, serial number, etc. can be printed on the egg, unique design The advanced ink cartridge suspension system ensures that eggs of various sizes can be sprayed;
Egg collection and conveying: modular belt + large roller + climbing rubber wheel + guide rail egg conveyor structure to ensure that the eggs roll evenly on the modular belt;
sterilization: the eggs are sterilized by the ultraviolet germicidal lamp area. Bacteria on the shell surface is kept to a minimum;
U-turn: The specially designed U-turn ensures the perfect orientation of the egg. The giant head (air chamber) faces upwards after the egg is automatically packed for more extended storage.
Egg packer: Contains single-row egg drop device, delivery device, and egg delivery belt. Empty egg trays must be manually placed in the delivery device so that the delivery device will send the empty egg tray to the place where the eggs fall, and the single-row egg drop device will take the eggs Automatically put into 5*6 egg trays of standard specifications.
Egg breaking: The egg-breaking claw catches the delivered eggs, uses the lower blade to cut the eggshell, then opens the egg-breaking claw on both sides, splits the egg shell into two, and then the egg yolk and egg white fall into the egg tray below ;
Egg yolk/egg white collection: The egg holder shakes the egg yolk and egg white better, and then the egg holder pours the separated egg yolk and egg white into different containers;
